ABOUT CCM

The Cambodian Centre for Mediation (CCM) is an independent professional institution dedicated to advancing mediation, dialogue, access to justice, and peaceful dispute resolution in Cambodia and beyond.

Established to strengthen Cambodia’s mediation ecosystem, CCM works to institutionalize mediation as a trusted pillar of justice, governance, business, education, and peacebuilding. Guided by the principles of neutrality, professionalism, inclusiveness, and collaboration, CCM supports individuals, communities, institutions, and businesses to prevent, manage, and transform conflicts through dialogue-based approaches.

Over the past decade, CCM has evolved from an emerging mediation initiative into a nationally recognized institution promoting mediation standards, mediator development, peacebuilding, policy engagement, and institutional partnerships. Through its Strategic Plan 2026–2028, CCM is advancing a systems-based approach to strengthen Cambodia’s national mediation and peace infrastructure.

CCM delivers its mission through four interconnected platforms:

• Global Mediation Services (GMS)
• Training and Accreditation Unit
• Peacebuilding and Dialogue Unit
• Research and Policy Unit

Together, these platforms contribute to building a Cambodia where conflicts are increasingly resolved through dialogue rather than confrontation, justice is accessible to all, and positive peace is sustained.
