The Board of Directors provides strategic direction, governance oversight, policy guidance, financial stewardship, and institutional accountability. The Board safeguards CCM’s independence, credibility, and public trust while ensuring alignment with its mission and strategic objectives.
The Advisory Council comprises distinguished national and international experts from mediation, justice, diplomacy, academia, governance, business, and peacebuilding sectors. The Council provides strategic advice, technical expertise, and international perspectives to support CCM’s growth and innovation.
The Executive Director and Management Team provide institutional leadership, strategic coordination, operational oversight, partnership development, and organizational sustainability. Together they ensure CCM remains agile, accountable, and responsive to Cambodia’s evolving mediation and peacebuilding needs.
